Release -0.85?

Hello! The major aspect of this update is mainly visual. I originally was going to take a break to work on some parts that aren't yet in the full document, but referenced in the TOC, but as I was chipping at that...I got a message from DriveThruRPG. Essentially liking the game, liking the idea, but I needed a cover image (aka, not the image that is currently presented on the front). That  has been commissioned quite a while ago, but I wanted it done right so it'll remain quite a while. After messing around with Affinity Photo...I didn't like the result. Visual Arts is my sore spot.

BUT I did happen to find a commercial free page texture that fit a DIFFERENT problem I was looking to fix. It isn't as majestic as the Mage or Exalted books, but it'll do fine for now while we're still in this Alpha phase. This will probably be the longest standing update until I work out how to do the Tile Commitments (and the Gradient Objects). But, if you don't mind being without them...this is the most functional version of the game so far.

ADDED NOTE: I will probably remove the texture in later builds for the sake of an even smaller file size. Once I'm at a 90% done state, that'll probably be when I ask you guys what texture feels the best (or I may just pick it out myself).
